Beilstein-Institut/ESOC Satellite Event for Young Chemists: 

Successfully navigating your career in research through collaboration

 

This one-day workshop will help you to advance your career through evidence-based techniques for improved collaboration. You will understand the power of communication, build skills and take home practical knowledge for:

  • Connecting with others (e.g. elevator pitch)
  • Keeping up motivation and mental health by realizing the impact of emotions
  • Dealing with conflict in a scientific setting
  • Getting a first glimpse on the importance of intercultural communication

IMPORTANT! Due to the interactive nature of this workshop, the number of participants is limited to 20 per session. Due to the expected high demand, we thus kindly ask you to only register if you can attend the entire session.
