Online morning meditation and a short yoga guide

Participate from your hotel room, or wherever you find it suitable. Zoom link will be forwarded the night before.

 

Join us for a 30 min early morning mindfulness practice live-online.

This is an opportunity to try a sitting meditation and a short yoga guide.

Both are part of the program: Prenatal MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) that is offered to pregnant woman with psychosocial vulnerabilities at the Family Outpatient Clinic, Copenhagen University Hospital, Amager and Hvidovre.
Come as you are. No prior experience required
