Hotel Reservation Terms and Conditions

Reservations of hotel rooms must be backed by a 1 night deposit payment served as payment for first night stay.

The deposit serves as a guarantee to the hotel for the first night and will be deducted from the participants’ hotel invoice upon check-in/check-out.

The hotel deposit must be paid upon receipt of invoice.

ALL REMAINING NIGHTS ARE TO BE PAID AT THE HOTEL UPON ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE.

Cancellation of hotel reservation

Notice of cancellation must be sent by email to the Conference Secretariat or in writing to DIS Congress Service on the contact page.

Until 15th October  2024 the deposit will be reimbursed.

From 16th October 2024, until 31st October 2024, The booked accommodation will only be reimbursed if DIS Congress Service is able to allocate all the cancelled room nights to another guest. If this is not possible, you will be liable for the invoice 

From 1st November 2024, and in case of cancellation an/or no-show the full stay will be charged. 

All changes must be made to DIS Congress Service (participants@discongress.com) in writing and not to the hotel.

All bookings will be made on a first come, first served basis after receipt of the hotel deposit, as long as DIS has rooms available.
