Hotels
Hotel rooms have been pre-booked at special conference rates for the participants at the venue hotel and other hotels in the vicinity of the venue.
We encourage you to book the hotel when you make your registration online so you will not risk that your preferred hotel is fully booked.
If for some reason it is more convenient for you to book the hotel room after having registered for the conference it is still possible to book and achieve the favourable conference rate, as long as rooms are available.

Reservations of hotel rooms must be backed by a 1-night deposit payment served as payment for first nights stay.
The deposit serves as a guarantee to the hotel for the first night and will be deducted from the participants’ hotel invoice upon check-in/check-out.
The hotel deposit must be paid upon receipt of invoice.
ALL REMAINING NIGHTS ARE TO BE PAID AT THE HOTEL UPON ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE.

The prepayment can be paid to DIS Congress Service by credit card at the time of booking or by invoice (bank transfer). If the hotel room is not paid for within 14 days, DIS reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice. You will only be notified that your accommodation reservation has been canceled.
Prepayment for last-minute bookings from the 14th of April cannot be paid by bank transfer but must be paid by credit card.
All invoices will be charged in Danish Kroner. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. Bank charges and currency exchange charges are at your own expense and should be factored in when making a bank transfer for the invoices.
Invoice number must be used as reference when a transfer is made.
Cancellation (full or partial) and change of booking
All changes must be made to DIS Congress Service at Participants@Discongress.com in writing and not to the hotel.
Until the 19th of January: 100% free cancellation.
From the 20th of January until the 24th of March: The booked Accommodation will only be cancelled free of charge if DIS Congress Service is able to allocate all the cancelled room nights to another guest.
From the 25th of March: No reimbursement will be made in case of cancelled room nights.
If the hotel invoice is unsettled, the invoice for all nights needs to be paid.
No-show: No refund of prepayment will be made, and the entire reservation will be charged.
Cancellation of nights after check-in: In case of shortening of your stay after check-in, the hotel will charge the cancelled room nights.

Tivoli Hotel (venue hotel) is only 15 minutes’ walk from the popular Tivoli Gardens and the city centre of Copenhagen with its many attractions. The hotel’s 679 rooms have air-conditioning, satellite TV and free wireless internet. The décor in some of the rooms is inspired by themes from the historic Tivoli Gardens. The 12th-floor Sky Bar (Sticks ‘n’ Sushi) offers city and waterfront views. Facilities include Tivoli Brasserie, MASH Penthouse Restaurant, a special children’s area and a gym. The Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center is designed by Danish architect Kim Utzon. Parking facilities available for a fee.

WakeUp hotel offers good-value accommodation in Copenhagen, only 15 minutes’ walk from attractions such as the Tivoli Gardens and the shopping street, Strøget. The 510 rooms at Wakeup Copenhagen have air-conditioning, flatscreen TV, a small work desk and bathroom with shower. Please note that all rooms have one 160 cm wide double bed (no twin beds) and are non-smoking. The 13-floor building is designed by Danish architect Kim Utzon. Facilities include a large breakfast restaurant, business centre, free WiFi and parking for a fee.
