Paper submission
Authors of accepted abstracts are required to submit a paper electronically as a Word-File (.docx) using the template.
The paper is limited to a maximum of 8 pages (5 MB) including references and the due date for submission is
15 October 2025 - NOTE: DEADLINE EXTENDED
How to upload your paper:
- click on the link in the notification email or login to your account
- click on "Edit/view" for full paper
- browse and upload your paper (max 5 MB)
Superscript for affiliations in the template will be approved.
